How will my payment be processed?
All payments made for orders on PeterThomasRoth.com are processed through Authorize.net, a third party processing service. Payments are only authorized, not captured, so credit card information will not be stored.
Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on PeterThomasRoth.com are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability. For standard shipping, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, PeterThomasRoth.com offers Free Standard Shipping with all orders of $50 or more.
Be sure to keep an eye out for Peter’s monthly Free Shipping Weekend events during which you can get Free Standard Shipping on any purchase! You can also earn Free Shipping by shopping through the Peter’s Inner Circle Loyalty Rewards Program. You’re automatically a member after your first PeterThomasRoth.com purchase!

We currently offer 3 shipping methods: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight. See below for pricing and shipping time frames.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?
No, we are currently unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States at this time. However, Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care is currently sold at a variety of retailers nationwide. To find a retailer near you, see our list of Authorized Retailers.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we are currently unable to ship internationally at this time. However, Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care is currently sold in over 80 countries. To shop products outside the U.S., see our list of Authorized Retailers.
How long do I have to return an item after purchase?
Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care is committed to delivering on Peter’s brand philosophy: Breakthrough formulas. Astonishing results. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on PeterThomasRoth.com orders within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I return an item?
In order for us to process your returned item(s) from PeterThomasRoth.com, you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your unique RA #, please contact us at 1-800-787-7546 or submit a request via peterthomasroth.zendesk.com. Upon receiving your RA #, please ship returned item(s) to:

More information about our return process is as follows:
? Item(s) sent back without an RA # will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
? To ensure a prompt and secure delivery to us, we recommend sending item(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable and we do not provide prepaid labels.
? Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within an estimated time of 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
What I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to us, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please submit a request via peterthomasroth.zendesk.com and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.
I’m unhappy with my order. Can I make an exchange?
PeterThomasRoth.com is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Can I return items not purchase at PeterThomasRoth.com?
Only items purchased at PeterThomasRoth.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased a Peter Thomas Roth item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
